Quality Assurance Intern
Summary:
We are looking for someone who is currently studying in a CS, MIS, or related field. The successful candidate will develop, execute, and document test plans and results to with assistance from the project manager and clients. The candidate must also be capable with assistance from the project manager to analyze project specifications and discuss them with the development team and clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze project specifications to develop, and execute, a test plan with assistance from project management and client contacts
- Isolate, reproduce, and accurately report software defects and deficiencies
- Verify resolved/newly implemented issues
- Provide feedback and suggestions for products and solutions
- Represent the customer’s viewpoint
Position Requirements:
- Become an expert advisor to the development team on interpretation of project specification, with the help of project manager
- Experienced with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access)
- Working knowledge/understanding of basic accounting terminology and practice
- Working knowledge/understanding of website and database technologies
- Ability to develop and implement testing plans
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writting
Education Requirements:
- A current college student perusing a degree in CS, MIS or related fields.

ASP.NET/PHP Developer
Responsibilities: Develop extensible architectures for clients using ASP.NET, PHP or Cold Fusion Develop user interfaces inconjunction with design staff to encorperate good UI practices Interact with clients to help assess design requirements and constraints for new and existing projects Interact in re-occurring project owner update and planning meetings
Required Skills: Two or more years of ASP.NET, PHP or Cold Fusion dynamic web site development. Relational database experience with MS SQL Server or MySQL Strong HTML, JavaScript and CSS skills Experience with object-oreiented programming and MVC design patterns Attention to quality and detail Must possess high level of enthusiasm and be a strong team player
Desired Skills:
Experience with AJAX-Experience working directly with customer during the planning and design process Server administration including IIS, Apache, Linux, Windows 2003. XML to HTML conversion using XSLT-Basic web graphic skills (Photoshop)
